These appointments are described as a “show and tell” experience, complete with DJ performances, Feel The Moment Photography showings, a photo booth and demonstrations of products such as indoor fireworks, spotlight entrances, karaoke, monograms, decorations and more that clients can choose from. Music in Motion is also one of the only wedding agencies that offer dry ice as a live event component, described as “dancing on a cloud” in which cloud-like smoke drifts across the floor while the bride and groom have their first dance.

Music in Motion emphasizes that the showroom experience is much more efficient than “meeting your photo booth host or your MC (Master of Ceremonies) at a café or an office to hire them based on a laptop presentation.” The showroom is set up just like a real wedding day would be at a real venue. These consultations are completely free and do not require any commitment.
