Hi, I’m Chef Joni, your personal Chef. I am originally from a small and historic port town in the heart of the Southern Outer Banks.
After years of traveling the world as a chef on private yachts, islands, and in international restaurants, I’ve returned home. The world has been a wonderful teacher and now I’m back to put a taste of the world into your important event.
