Here are some must do’s to make your wedding show experience memorable.
1-Bring Your Support Team
You must admit, what’s more exciting than planning your wedding? Get your team involved in the planning – bring people who truly know what is important to you. And bring your significant other! Everyone will have fun at our shows because there really is something for everyone…and hey, your partner might just be inspired enough to get more involved.
2-Stay As Long As You Like
Our shows aren’t just for meeting wedding pros and gaining knowledge – our shows are super FUN! Along with spending time meeting with your favorite pros, you’ll be tasting great food, wedding cakes, beverages, and of course, get to watch our exciting fashion shows. There will be a lot of walking, so comfortable shoes are a good idea. (The typical couple will spend about 3 hours). Tickets are valid for both days, so you can come back a second day and bring a different group.
3-Come Hands Free
The last thing you want to do is juggle your coat, bag, and purse, while filling out information, tasting food and navigating through the aisles. We’ll provide a bag at check-in to help you manage all the wedding planning materials you’ll gather here. Engage and connect with as many wedding pros as possible!
4-Take Lots Of Pictures

5-Stay For the Fashion Show
Do we really need to tell you that our fashion show is a must-see? Raleigh’s local and trusted bridal and formal shops grace our runway show after show. This is your chance to get a sneak peak at some of the latest fashions for you and your entire bridal party. It’s inspiration for hair, makeup, accessories, flowers, and more! And did we mention – there will be prizes and free stuff?

Take a look at our wedding pros now by visiting their listing on our site. Our wedding pros are listed by category to make it easier for you find them. Not all wedding pros on our site attend every show. A vendor listing along with a map of the show will be emailed to you a few days prior to the show.
7-Show Tips
- Parking for the shows is free, however the Fairgrounds is a large place so leave some time to park.
- There are ATM’s located around and inside the facility.
- You’ll definitely get to sample amazing food and desserts during the show, but you may want to bring some water.
- If you need to take a break or sit down there will be places to do that.
- Your tickets will be valid for entry or re-entry anytime through out the event and many couples bring different people back with them when they return.
