What inspired you start your business?
After 15 years of being an esthetician specializing in waxing I decided to open Sweet Pea Waxing Boutique. My inspiration has always been to offer phenomenal waxing services at a competitive price and to form close relationships with our clients.
How did you come up with your business name?
How did I come up with the name Sweet Pea Waxing Boutique? We specialize in Brazilian waxing. The vagina is often symbolized by a beautiful flower. I wanted to kind of have name that also had a secret meaning. So Sweet Pea Waxing Boutique also means Brazilian Waxing Boutique. Ssshhh…don’t tell anyone.

What is your favorite part about working in the wedding industry?
Our favorite part of working in the wedding industry is of course the brides! It’s always an honor when a bride chooses us to be a part of her wedding.

Our high level of customer service always sets us apart from our competition. Not only will you get an amazing wax at Sweet Pea but you will also feel totally comfortable while you are in our hands. We know that waxing can be scary and awkward so we do everything we can so ensure you have a great experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave and all the hair removal in-between.
Who is the team behind your business?
The Sweet Pea Waxing Boutique team consists of me…Helene the owner and lead waxer, Jessica our amazing esthetician who not only is a wax queen but also gives an amazing facial, Dru Heldman my IT guru, Denny Headington my father and business advisor. Looking to add another wax queen to our team so look out for this upcoming addition!!
What is your style?
Our wax style is definitely OCD. We get every single hair…with a gentle yet quick technique.
What is your favorite part of the wedding ceremony/reception?
My favorite part of the wedding ceremony is the cake of course!
What are three things in life you can’t live without?
Three things I can’t live without, Waxing, my favorite tweezers and my dogs.
