    DATES AND DEADLINES | WEDDING SHOW CALENDAR 

    • Friday, January 12, 2024| Final Payment Deadline
      • Log into your Vendor Portal to make this payment if you are not already set up on a payment plan.
    • Friday, January 26, 2024 |
    • Saturday, February 10, 2024 | Vendor Move-In
      • Enter from the rear of the Expo Center
      • Saturday from 9a – 6p
    • Sunday, February 11, 2024 | Winter Show Hours
      • Move-In from 8am – 10am
      • Sunday from 11a – 3p | doors open at 8a for Vendors

    BOGO CODE

    • Share this BOGO code FCOWIN24 with your clients and on social media
    • General admission tickets, bundles and ticket packs are available online

    MOVE-IN PROCEDURE

    • All vendors must adhere to the move in times/schedule
    • Pull your vehicle inside the building
    • Check in is required at the time of move in
    • Staff/carts will be available for unloading your vehicle

    MOVE-OUT PROCEDURE

    • DO NOT break down prior to 3pm. Early break down jeopardized F&Co insurance and poses a danger to the public. It makes us vulnerable to false advertising accusations.  It is considered unprofessional and reflects poorly on your business.
    • At 3pm, you are permitted to pack up your booth
      • Once organized, you may drive your vehicle into the building for loading.
      • Look for a staff member with a cart or begin to load out on your own
      • Your booth must be completely packed up and all items MUST be removed from the premises Sunday night, February 11th.  NOTHING can be left at the NC State Fairgrounds.
