- Enter from the rear of the Jim Graham Building (facing Hillsborough St)

- Preferred move in for box trucks and cargo trailers is on Thursday, August 11th from 3p – 8p
- Preferred move in for any vehicle that will be on display at the show
- Friday from 10a – 8p
- Saturday/Sunday, August 13 & 14 | Summer Show Hours
- Saturday from 11a – 4p | doors open at 8a for Vendors
- Sunday from 11a – 4p | doors open at 9a for Vendors

- General admission tickets, bundles and ticket packs are available online
MOVE-IN PROCEDURE
- All vendors must adhere to the move in times/schedule
- Pull your vehicle inside the building
- Check in is required at the time of move in
- Staff/carts will be available for unloading your vehicle
MOVE-OUT PROCEDURE
- DO NOT break down prior to the end of the show at 4pm. Early break down jeopardized F&Co insurance and poses a danger to the public. It makes us vulnerable to false advertising accusations. It is considered unprofessional and reflects poorly on your business.
- At 4pm, you are permitted to pack up your booth
- Once organized, you may drive your vehicle into the building for loading.
- Look for a staff member with a cart or begin to load out on your own
- Your booth must be completely packed up and all items MUST be removed from the premises Sunday Night, August 14th. NOTHING can be left at the NC State Fairgrounds.
