    MOVE-IN PROCEDURE

    • All vendors must adhere to the move in times/schedule
    • Pull your vehicle inside the building
    • Check in is required at the time of move in
    • Staff/carts will be available for unloading your vehicle

    MOVE-OUT PROCEDURE

    • DO NOT break down prior to 4pm. Early break down jeopardized F&Co insurance and poses a danger to the public. It makes us vulnerable to false advertising accusations.  It is considered unprofessional and reflects poorly on your business.
    • At 4pm, you are permitted to pack up your booth
      • Once organized, you may drive your vehicle into the building for loading.
      • Look for a staff member with a cart or begin to load out on your own
      • Your booth must be completely packed up and all items MUST be removed from the premises Sunday night, March 26th.  NOTHING can be left at the NC State Fairgrounds.

      • Hair + Make-up starts at 8am on each day
